Meet Casper Kottal Hvass, a skilled carpenter who suddenly found himself without a job following the closure of his department. He sought new employment and was quickly supported through the recruitment process at FlexTemp.
How the match came about
When Casper became available, the modern company Flex Modul needed extra hands for upcoming projects. Casper was contacted by one of our consultants at FlexTemp to learn more about him and his skills. This is an important step in our recruitment process, as it allows us to get to know our candidates from the start and ensure we find the right match between candidate and company.
When we interact with our candidates, we strive to gain a deep understanding of their skills and preferences. The process therefore involves our consultants conducting a structured interview and performing a thorough screening of the candidate before they are potentially moved forward in the process.

In a statement from Casper, he shared the following:
“I have some back issues, so I’m not great at climbing roofs and things like that,

work just fine, because there are machines for everything, and we are several people

The result
After completing a 3-month Try & Hire period, Casper was offered a permanent position. Today, he is still working at Flex Modul and enjoys his role in the production team. From the beginning, our client clearly expressed that they were looking for temps who could transition into permanent employees after the Try & Hire period.
This is often the case when our clients are looking for manpower for longer-term projects. Our Try & Hire program provides a great opportunity for temps to experience the company and gain a full impression before a potential permanent position is offered. This way, as a temp, you are not required to commit to the job immediately.
