FlexTemp was founded in 2023 by Michael Kaminski with the ambition of becoming the preferred partner for temporary staffing solutions within the construction, industrial, and metal sectors. After four years of experience in the industry, Michael wanted to create an agency built on strong values and with fewer of the challenges that staffing agencies often encounter.
As the number of skilled workers declines and the demand for manpower increases, foreign labor is becoming a crucial part of the solution for the future. FlexTemp takes responsibility for providing qualified workers so companies can avoid bottlenecks and costly hiring mistakes.
