Audio Group Denmark was founded in 2020 as a unified company for four high-end Hi-Fi brands: Ansuz, Aavik, Børresen, and the newest brand, Axxess. Behind the company are Lars Kristensen and Michael Børresen, who have collaborated since the 1980s, sharing a passion for music and sound quality across multiple projects.
