\nMeet Casper Kottal Hvass, a skilled carpenter who suddenly found himself without a job following the closure of his department. He sought new employment and was quickly supported through the recruitment process at FlexTemp.

\nHow the match came about\n<\/h6>
\nWhen Casper became available, the modern company Flex Modul needed extra hands for upcoming projects. Casper was contacted by one of our consultants at FlexTemp to learn more about him and his skills. This is an important step in our recruitment process, as it allows us to get to know our candidates from the start and ensure we find the right match between candidate and company.

When we interact with our candidates, we strive to gain a deep understanding of their skills and preferences. This enables us to match them with the right job\u2014benefiting both the client and the candidate. The process therefore involves our consultants conducting a structured interview and performing a thorough screening of the candidate before they are potentially moved forward in the process.

In Casper\u2019s case, he expressed a desire to find work outside of traditional carpentry. At FlexTemp, we consider it crucial to have a thorough understanding of our clients, so we can determine the right match.
This deep knowledge allows us to align candidates\u2019 skills and preferences with the needs of our clients.

In a statement from Casper, he shared the following:\n<\/div>
\u201cI have some back issues, so I\u2019m not great at climbing roofs and things like that,
but FlexTemp took that into account for a potential position. Here at Flex Modul, I can
work just fine, because there are machines for everything, and we are several people
who collaborate and support each other based on our strengths.\u201d<\/div>
\nThe collaboration between Flex Modul A\/S and FlexTemp\n<\/h6>
\nWe recognize the important work we do with people. That\u2019s why our highest priority is ensuring that our candidates thrive in their roles.

We maintain close and continuous contact and make it clear from the start that our temps can always reach out to us if they have questions or need support. At the same time, we follow up regularly to ensure everything is running smoothly.

Regarding communication with FlexTemp, Casper shares:\n<\/div>
\u201cThe contact with my dedicated consultant at FlexTemp has been great.
She (the consultant) has checked in several times to see if I enjoy the work and whether I
am thriving in my position.\u201d<\/div>
\nThe result\u00a0\n<\/h6>
\nAfter completing a 3-month Try & Hire period, Casper was offered a permanent position. Today, he is still working at Flex Modul and enjoys his role in the production team. From the beginning, our client clearly expressed that they were looking for temps who could transition into permanent employees after the Try & Hire period.

This is often the case when our clients are looking for manpower for longer-term projects. Our Try & Hire program provides a great opportunity for temps to experience the company and gain a full impression before a potential permanent position is offered. This way, as a temp, you are not required to commit to the job immediately.\n<\/div>
\nThree key values: Communication, trust, and tone\n<\/h6>
\nWe asked Casper which three words he would use to describe the collaboration between himself and FlexTemp.
He replied:

\n\u201cI think the communication has been really good, and then there\u2019s the trust. When something is said to be taken care of, it actually gets taken care of. On top of that, the tone has been positive all the way through.\u201d\n<\/div>
